Ross has spent his career where creativity meets commerce. A decade at Universal Music as Creative Director & Executive Producer saw him leading content and production for some of the world's biggest artists and brands, before his agency was acquired into NASDAQ-listed The Marketing Group, where he went on to serve as CEO of Content & Production.
Along the way he has produced across music, advertising, film and content in more than 100 markets, working with Apple, Red Bull, Adidas, Vodafone, Amazon, Samsung, Getty and CEER - building the international network of independent production companies, producers and creative specialists that UNLMTD is founded on.

UNLMTD is the connecting layer, not a collection of owned production offices. Local partners retain their independence and bring the crews, cultural understanding and infrastructure that make the work possible.
The Wales headquarters brings together commercial relationships, creative leadership, network coordination, data, IP and technology. Independent territory partners sit alongside one another, not inside the headquarters.
